The Clancy Murder Trial
I just watched the judge dismiss the jury for another day because they cannot come to a decision. It is, so far, not a “Hung Jury” where they have to start all over again. NewsMax said it’s because only one juror does not understand the law of “Reasonable Doubt”. There are nine women and three men on this jury. I believe that favors the defense.
I also witnessed on TV a number of people out on the streets, mostly women, making heart signs with their hands indicating they want Lindsay Clancy acquitted for strangling her three young children! Are they now the jury? Does their opinion carry the same weigh as the actual jurors? They must think so!
Will it be like The O.J. Simpson trial?
I say the problem here is NOT the actual jurors, but instead, it is the “Jury Pool” from which the actual jury was picked. There is not enough wisdom out there to to select a jury that can make wise decisions!
“Why do you think that?” you may say. It is because all wisdom comes from God whether you believe in Him or not. My old bad grammar statement of “If you don’t know God, you don’t know nothin’” comes into play here!
Look at the House and the Senate. They can’t get a law passed about having an ID to prove you are a citizen in order to vote, which is based upon common sense instead of common law!
Then too, the Supreme Court can’t make wise decisions based upon the our constitution which can be easily read on my website: www.PatriotsOnPurpose.com. That’s because they too are short on God’s wisdom. King Solomon, where are you when we need you?
My final comment: Get a Life, America, before it’s too late!
