Breaking News: Shooting at Minneapolis Catholic school. Headlines: MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — A shooting occurred Wednesday during the first week of classes at a Minneapolis Catholic school, the Minnesota governor and authorities said. Police told local news outlet KARE that an active shooter allegedly opened fire at Annunciation Church on the south side of Minneapolis.

Two children were killed, 17 hurt in a mass shooting. An 8-year-old and 10-year-old were shot and killed when a gunman fired shots through the windows of a church at the Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis on Wednesday morning, police said.

Seventeen others, including 14 children, were injured during the shooting during a Mass that marked the first week of school, police said. Two children are in critical condition, police said.

The mass shooting unfolded just before 8:30 A.M. when the gunman approached the side of the building and fired a rifle through the church windows toward the children and other worshippers sitting in the pews. The gunman died at the scene from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara also said.

My Comments: There is no death penalty in Minn. This only proves Pres. Trump right once again regarding his plan to seek the death penalty for murders in DC. Genesis 9:6: “Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed, for God made man in his own image.” Also see EX. 21:12, NU. 35:30, and Rom. 13:4. The death penalty is a true hindrance to murder, but the Word of God is a greater hindrance!
