These were the words that Illegal Alien, Kilmar Abrego Garcia uttered as he was handcuffed and arrested again by ICE agents yesterday. What he was saying in Spanish was that The U.S. government was corrupt for arresting him for being here illegally and for other prosecutable crimes!

This is the Homeland Security news release on August 25, 2025:

WASHINGTON – U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem today announced U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) arrest of a known MS-13 gang member, human trafficker, wife beater, and child predator, Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

On August 25, ICE arrested Garcia—a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador—in Maryland. He is being processed for removal to Uganda. (He rejected a plea that would have sent him to El Salvador)

“Today, ICE law enforcement arrested Kilmar Abrego Garcia and are processing him for deportation,” said Secretary Kristi Noem. “President Trump is not going to allow this illegal alien, who is an MS-13 gang member, human trafficker, serial domestic abuser, and child predator, to terrorize American citizens any longer.”

The subject freely admitted being a citizen of the nation of El Salvador by birth and that he was present in the United States illegally. The subject was not in possession of any immigration documents that would allow him to be or remain in the United States legally.

In 2019, the Prince Georges County Police Gang Unit validated Abrego Garcia as a member of MS-13. When he was arrested, he was found with rolls of cash and drugs and was with two other members of MS-13. In addition, according to court filings, Kilmar Abrego Garcia also solicited nude photographs of a minor.

My Comments: How much evidence do we need to enforce our immigration laws? Yet, Judge Paula Xinis, a U.S. District Court judge in Maryland, an Obama appointee, blocked Abrego’s deportation once again on Wednesday afternoon. Since when are District Court judges able to overrule Pres. Trump who was elected by over 77 million votes? God help us!
