1. Ft. Stewart – An active-duty Army Sergeant is accused of shooting and wounding five of his fellow soldiers at Fort Stewart military base in Georgia on Wednesday, the latest act of violence on a US military base that raises questions about the safety of American service members at facilities where they train, work and live.
Quornelius Radford, an officer who worked in automated logistics, opened fire on coworkers with a personal handgun late in the morning, base officials said. Nearby soldiers “immediately tackled and subdued him until he was arrested” said Brig. Gen. John Lubas, the C.G. of the 3rd Infantry Division there.
2. Another man accused of killing 4 people at Montana bar is in custody following a week-long manhunt. Michael Paul Brown, who is accused of fatally shooting four people at a bar in Anaconda, Montana, last week, has been taken into custody following a week-long manhunt, Gov. Greg Gianforte announced Friday.
Brown had been on the run, and he was armed when he was arrested around 2 p.m. local time about five and a half miles from the shooting scene and is now in the custody of Anaconda-Deer Lodge County authorities, according to Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen.
3.Airman charged in fatal firearm incident at Wyoming Air Force Base. A US airman has been charged with obstruction of justice and involuntary manslaughter in connection with a fatal firearm discharge at an Air Force base in July, which resulted in the death of a 21-year-old service member.
The on-duty incident, which killed Airman Brayden Lovan, occurred in the early morning hours of July 20 at Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming. Few details have been provided about the firearm discharge, though the Air Force said that it was under investigation.
My comments: Why are all these shootings happening in America now? Here is a potential reason: Many people in America have no relationship with God and simply do what the devil puts into their heads. America needs a national revival from God or things will get worse!
