On NEWSMAX this morning they replayed an interview by Anderson Cooper with Pres. Trump. In that interview Trump said, “Islamists hate America and I don’t know why”. Well, I know why. It’s because America supports Israel and there has been a struggle between Israel (Originally called Jacob, Abraham’s son) and Esau, who is the father of all the Islamists. They were twins born to Isaac and Rebecca. They were fighting in their mother’s womb. (See Gen. 25:19-34) They were fraternal twins but when they were born, Jacob’s hand was grasping Esau’s foot, signifying a destined struggle between them.
Rebecca had a troubled pregnancy, so she asked God about it. He replied to her in Gen. 25:23, “Two nations are in your womb. They will be separated but one will be stronger than the other. The older, Esau (He came out first) will serve the younger. She named the younger “Jacob, meaning “Grabber”.
Later, God changed Jacob’s name to Israel, meaning “A man who wrestles with God”. See Gen. 32:28.
