Does God Really Hear us?
There are many ungodly things happening in the world today. In Minneapolis, fools are rioting in the streets against our ICE Agents because ICE wants to arrest illegal aliens. The Islamist clergy (Mullahs) in Iran who have ruled that country with an iron fist for 47 years are being challenged by the common people. Protesters are being killed by the thousands for their actions!
Nobody seems to obey America’s laws and they hate Pres. Trump for trying to enforce them. Christians like you and me, pray fervently for our country and our president. We watch “Flashpoint” with Gene Bailey as host” on TV where we get encouragement and a positive take on the news. It seems that every Christian, except those in Woke churches, is praying, but we often wonder if our prayers to God are being heard. We often ask God, “What is the problem?”
The problem, I believe, is that God is hearing us, but we want quicker answers. Remember that the Jews of the Old Testament prayed that The Messiah or “Mashiach” in Hebrew, would come. He did come, but it took 750 years for those prayers to be answered! Then, what did they do? They crucified Him!
People say they trust God, but their words and their actions contradict what they say! God uses words to get what He wants. In Genesis chapter one it says “The Earth was without form and void and darkness was on the face of the deep” (KJV – Gen. 1:2) Did God say “My, it’s dark out there?” No, He said “Let there be light or Light Be” in Hebrew. Remember: God SAID what He wanted, not what was the current condition. We must also say what we want and wait for God to perform His Word or we will fall into unbelief!
